CONTRACT AND UNLOCK FOR TRANSFER
This form should not be used to
transfer your domain name to a new web host. Please click
here to use our Change Web Host Form instead. Changing your web host
is a free service.
You can use this form to terminate your Domain Contract, pay
the balance owing, then
unlock
your domain name for transfer to another domain registry.
This process will also
generate an Authorization Code for the domain name or change the UK Tag.
Please follow these instructions carefully to
ensure your transfer is not delayed or rejected.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
| Please
do not make changes to any of your domain
settings before transfer otherwise the
domain name will not be eligible for
transfer for 90 days under security
and fraud prevention laws.
Domain names
cannot be unlocked or transferred in the following circumstances:
- Within
90 days after registration, transfer,
renewal or changes to any domain
settings.
- After expiry.
Worldwide domain rules do not allow
expired domains to be transferred.
- Most
country domains cannot be transferred except .au, .nz, .uk and .us domains.
You
can check your domain name's current expiry date
in WHOIS here.
If your domain registration has
expired, it cannot be transferred at the
present time and will need
to be renewed here.

- Enter your Domain Password in Section 2.
This is the number on the invoice you received
when you originally registered your domain and is required to verify your
identity. Click
here if you have lost your Domain Password. Resellers
should enter their Reseller ID.
- When you are certain that all
details are correct, click on the "Submit Request" button
and follow the online instructions.
- 24 hours after you complete this
Terminate and Unlock Process, you must contact another registry of your choice and ask them to submit a
Transfer Request for this domain name.
